We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right.
Full Refund — Before Work Begins
If we have not yet begun work on your Packet, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply contact us at info@readypackets.com within 14 days of purchase.
Revision First — After Work Begins
Once production has started, we encourage you to use your included revision round(s) to address any concerns. Our goal is to deliver a product you're happy with.
Partial Refunds
If, after revisions, you remain unsatisfied, we may offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will be based on the work completed and delivered.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for: completed and delivered Packets where revisions were not requested, requests made more than 30 days after delivery, or situations where the client provided inaccurate or incomplete information that affected the deliverable.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@readypackets.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Bundle Refunds
For the Concept to Commerce Bundle, refunds are prorated based on the phases completed. Completed phases are charged at their individual Packet price; the remaining balance is refunded.
